You will have 24 hour telephone access for when you go into labour and there will be no uncertainties about knowing the midwife who will support you having your baby.
All emergency equipment is carried and available.
It is inspected regularly and is always in working order. Everything will
be cleared away after the birth and the only way that you will know that
we have been will be the presence of another person, your baby!!
Occasionally
a transfer into hospital becomes necessary. In a situation such as this
I would accompany you (via ambulance) and continue to support you alongside
the hospital staff.
